This policy explains how Monkey Peps Lda dispatches orders from Portugal and how we handle damaged, incorrect, or returned shipments. It forms part of our Terms of Sale.
Orders are reserved when placed and are prepared for dispatch once the corresponding bank transfer is received and matched to its unique payment reference (typically within a couple of hours during business days). We are not able to dispatch before payment is confirmed.
Orders are packed discreetly and shipped without external branding indicating the contents, and with packaging appropriate to the products supplied.
We ship within the EU and, subject to eligibility and applicable law, to selected destinations outside the EU. The carrier and service are selected at our discretion. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
For deliveries outside the EU, you are the importer of record and are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and clearance requirements, and for ensuring that import and use are lawful in the destination country. Additional documentation may be required.
Risk in the goods passes to you on dispatch; title passes once we have received payment in full, as set out in the Terms of Sale.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us promptly (and in any event within 7 days of delivery) quoting your order number. We will investigate and, where the issue is attributable to us, provide a replacement or credit.
Because the products are reference materials whose integrity and traceability cannot be assured once they have left our control, they are generally non-returnable once dispatched, and we do not accept returns for change of mind. This does not affect your right to a remedy where an order is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, or any non-excludable rights you may have under applicable law.
