Many products are supplied as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder. After freeze-drying, the material can appear as only a thin film or a small deposit at the bottom of the vial, so a correctly filled vial can look nearly empty. This is normal and does not mean the vial is under-filled — the stated quantity is verified by the batch Certificate of Analysis (COA).
Yes. Every batch is independently tested before it is listed, and each lot ships with its Certificate of Analysis (COA). You can view a product's current COA on its page, and look up any lot number printed on your vial in our batch lookup tool.
